Five Roads To Texas

From the best storytellers of Phalanx Press comes a frightening tale of Armageddon By W.J. Lundy (Author), Brian Parker (Author), Rich Baker (Author), Joseph Hansen (Author), Allen Gamboa (Author), J. L. Bourne (Foreword)

It spread fast- no time to understand it- let alone learn how to fight it. Once it reached you, it was too late. All you could do is run. Rumored safe zones and potential for a cure drifted across the populace, forcing tough decisions to be made. They say only the strong survive. Well, they forgot about the smart, the inventive and the lucky.

Follow five different groups from across the U.S.A. as they make their way to what could be America’s last stand in the Lone Star State.

The first book in the popular Five Roads To Texas Series. For complete series information, visit Phalanx Press.

I won’t discuss the story so there can’t be spoilers.

This was the single best collaboration I have ever read. It was a fantastic read that I finished in two days. I haven't read a book this diligently since the last harry Dresden book came out. It was a fantastic tapestry that at first you think there is no way all these threads are going to fit, but as you read you saw the weave form. I can not recommend it highly enough.

Pure Entertainment

This isn't a compilation of five stories from five different writers, but a single story written by five different writers in a seamless collaboration. The talent of these writers and the way they impeccably wove the story together cannot be overstated.

The characters are well-rounded and realistic you can’t help but root for them in the apocalyptic world in which they find themselves. The pace is quick with surprising plot twists to keep you turning pages just to see what is going to happen next.

What I really liked about this tale is that it was pure entertainment.
